We currently ship locally in India without any delivery costs. If you want your order to be shipped internationally, please write to us at artzzle.store@gmail.com or you can purchase through our shop in Etsy. Please note that extended shipping time frames might be required due to delays caused by COVID-19, particularly for international orders.
For International shipping import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase

In the unfortunate case that your package arrives damaged or you receive a puzzle different from what you ordered, please contact us at artzzle.store@gmail.com to receive a complete refund. The puzzle has to be unopened and the package seal not tampered. Please support your claims with photographs for proof if available or relevant. You will receive a refund as soon as we receive the returned package and the eligibility for refund has been confirmed. Please note that it might take more than 2 or 3 days to get the amount reflected in your account depending on the date of transaction as well as the processing time of the bank.
Please note that we do not take the responsibility for damages if the puzzle box seal has been tampered with. We also do not take returns of products shipped internationally.
